More, stereotypical bad customer service. This time, from Samsung "Support". They, like most "support" companies that are hired to do technical support, do NOT read. I don’t know why I expect different results when I have to deal with GoDaddy.com – even though they’ve proven time and time and time again that they do NOT care about customer service.
